  • To send you booking confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices.
  • To contact you about your bookings and respond to your requests.

We send these messages by email and, if you have connected LINE, over LINE. You can stop LINE messages at any time by using the "stop LINE updates" link in a message or by blocking our account; we will then keep contacting you by email where possible.

3. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make our booking service work — the upnshop platform that hosts our booking site, and the email and LINE messaging services we use to reach you — and only as needed to deliver the service, or where the law requires it.

4. Retention
