3. Appointment messages

By providing your contact details or connecting LINE, you agree to receive messages about your appointments — confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices — by email and, where connected, over LINE. These are service messages, not marketing. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe or "stop LINE updates" link in a message.

4. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the booking site available and its information accurate, but we may occasionally need to change our services, hours, or availability, or to correct errors. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is the one shown on this page.
